| Tournament Package Included with the registration fee are the following deals and give-away items to both stretch the team’s budget and provide real value-added benefits to the tour and some excellent mementos. |
|
| Accomodation rates: All registered teams (or individuals) will receive special discounted rates from the designated hotels along with such benefits as free breakfast and negotiated rates on transport to and from grounds. | |
| Vouchers: Food and drink tickets will be issued to each team redeemable at the grounds and at designated functions. | |
| Social Functions: During the course of the tournament there will be two official functions exclusive to participating teams and sponsors as follows: | |
| Friday 20th February | -Kick Off party ... Free food, drinks and beer for all team members |
| Saturday 21st February | -Pool Game Begin -Saturday Night Party… buffet dinner and beer (3 to 4 hrs) |
| Sunday 22nd February | -Post tournament awards ceremony (at grounds) |
| Others: 1st Aid, Cooler with Water + re-hydration drinks, Massage/physio station | |
